What to expect with Tāmaki Regeneration Developments
Over the next two decades, the Tāmaki regeneration programme is bringing 10,500 new healthy, modern homes, and upgraded streets to Glen Innes, Panmure and Point England. 1,500 of these homes will be part of OWN IT, our Shared Home Ownership Programme, which makes it easier for whānau to get onto the property ladder.
