Evan Davies joined Todd Property Group as Managing Director in 2008. He has held a number of senior positions during his career, including Managing Director of Sky City for 11 years. Evan is also a Trustee and Board Member of several charitable and public sector enterprises.

Leopino (Leo) Foliaki is of Tongan descent and has more than 30 years of commercial experience at one of the top four corporate consulting companies in Aotearoa. An ex-partner at PwC, Leo brings extensive experience in national and international governance roles to the board.

Board Director
Patrick (Pat) Snedden has a long association with Tāmaki. He is the inaugural Chair of the Manaiakalani Education Trust, which supports digital teaching methods to accelerate learning for Māori and Pasifika students. Pat also served as Establishment Board Chair of the Tāmaki Transformation Programme from 2010-2011 and is ex-chief Crown negotiator in the Office of Treaty Settlements.

Madhavan Raman has extensive experience in public service including public housing and community development. He is currently involved with a number of charitable and community organisations including serving as a Trustee and Chair of the Finance Committee of West Auckland Living Skills Home Trust (WALSH Trust), which provides a range of mental health related services.

Kerry has a long history of experience in a variety of fields, including strategic planning, asset management and the development of commercial and residential property.

Shelley Katae is of Te Rarawa and Ngāti Porou descent and has worked in senior leadership roles in New Zealand, Australia and Fiji. She is a board member on the National Hauora Coalition, Major Capital Works Advisory Committee for Counties Manukau District Health Board, Taupo Moana Ltd (Ngāti Tuwharetoa) and AKTIVE.

Paul joined us in January 2019 as CFO. Paul’s experience spans both public and private sectors. He has been in senior leadership roles for over 15 years, following many years driving business performance in corporates such as New Zealand Dairy Foods, Fonterra, Pact Group and Northpower.

Neil worked at Vodafone NZ for 10 years in a variety of roles, culminating in his appointment as Director of Human Resources. He was also the CEO of the Child Cancer Foundation for two years. A strong proponent of diversity in the workplace, Neil is a trustee of the Equal Employment Opportunities Trust.

Deb is of Waikato-Tainui and Niue descent and was born and raised in Panmure and spent her schooling years at all the Tāmaki schools. She sits on the board of Ruapōtaka Marae and the Vaka Manu’kau Niue Community Trust Board. Deb comes from an extensive background in community engagement, joining TRC in 2022 as Engagement Manager.

Afoa has been with TRC for over 5 years in a number of roles spanning community development, strategy and now delivering social transformation programmes. A lawyer by profession, Afoa combines his legal expertise with his passion for community wellbeing outcomes to lead affordable housing and employment pathways for Tāmaki residents. A local himself having grown up and still living in the Panmure area, Afoa is deeply connected to the Tāmaki community.

Joanna joined TRC in 2013 as a strategic planner leading the development of the overarching Strategic Framework for Tāmaki. She has since taken on the role of GM Regeneration and Placemaking to ensure the regeneration outcomes are delivered through quality neighbourhood design and placemaking initiatives.

Daniel Henderson started at Tāmaki Regeneration in March 2022. Daniel works closely with our partners at Kāinga Ora to deliver new warm, dry homes for whānau within Tāmaki Regeneration’s boundaries - Panmure, Point England and Glen Innes.
He has more than 30 years’ experience in the property industry, including senior roles at Smales Farm, Auckland Airport and Bayleys.
