Evan Davies joined Todd Property Group as Managing Director in 2008. He has held a number of senior positions during his career, including Managing Director of Sky City for 11 years. Evan is also a Trustee and Board Member of several charitable and public sector enterprises.

Dr Cadence Kaumoana (Waikato-Maniapoto, Ngāti Paoa, Te Atiawa) is an established organisational leader with extensive experience in senior leadership and governance across iwi, community, and Crown entities. She is the Chief Executive of the Public Health Association of New Zealand and former CE of the Maniapoto Māori Trust Board, where she developed a papakāinga housing model. Cadence chairs a whānau trust leading further papakāinga development and is also a certified RMA Commissioner. She is committed to sustainable development that strengthens communities and upholds the environmental integrity of the Tāmaki area.

Mark has a long history in the Auckland property sector, firstly in commercial agency work and then as a Principal in a diverse range of private development activities over the past 33 years. His community work has centred around governance roles within the Ellerslie Football Club, culminating in the conceptualization, financing and delivery of the recently completed Michaels Ave Community Centre.

My governance roles include greenfield and brownfield residential housing developments and housing repair programmes across the housing continuum delivered in a number of locations in Tamaki Makarau, Te Whanganui-a-Tara, Tairawhiti, Taranaki and Te Tai Tokerau. This mahi is extremely rewarding by delivering dry, safe, warm homes to whanau Māori. The delivery of private primary health care, urgent care and specialist centres close to home in several communities across Auckland is also a focus of my governance career since 2016 with continual change to the way health is delivered to patients. My background includes exploring and delivering infrastructure requirements, property development where funding and financial capability is crucial and asset management.

Madhavan Raman has extensive experience in public service including public housing and community development. He is currently involved with a number of charitable and community organisations including serving as a Trustee and Chair of the Finance Committee of West Auckland Living Skills Home Trust (WALSH Trust), which provides a range of mental health related services.

John Duthie is a qualified planner with more than forty-five years experience in all aspects of planning. He was a founder and director of Tattico from 2010 until recently, where he provided professional expertise in resource management, planning, regeneration, and major developments. Prior to this, John was General Manager City Development at Auckland City Council, where he was heavily involved in major redevelopments of the Britomart Transport Centre, Wynyard Point and Viaduct Harbour.

A Fellow of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand, Tupara brings over 20 years of governance experience in the health, tertiary education, tourism, infrastructure, professional services, and iwi development sectors. In 2012, Tupara was appointed Chief Executive of Ngāti Whātua Orākei Whai Maia Ltd and moved from Rotorua to Auckland. He has since held senior management positions at Unitec, Kāinga Ora, and Air New Zealand, and is currently Strategic Relationships Manager for Kāhui Tū Kaha. He is currently a Board director of Te Puia | NZ Māori Arts and Crafts Institute, MAST Academy, and Apprentice Training NZ.

Shelley Katae is of Te Rarawa and Ngāti Porou descent and has worked in senior leadership roles in New Zealand, Australia and Fiji. She is a board member for Taupo Moana Ltd (Ngāti Tuwharetoa).

Paul joined us in January 2019 as CFO. Paul’s experience spans both public and private sectors. He has been in senior leadership roles for over 15 years, following many years driving business performance in corporates such as New Zealand Dairy Foods, Fonterra, Pact Group and Northpower.

Daniel Henderson started at Tāmaki Regeneration in March 2022. Daniel works closely with our partners at Kāinga Ora to deliver new warm, dry homes for whānau within Tāmaki Regeneration’s boundaries - Panmure, Point England and Glen Innes.
He has more than 30 years’ experience in the property industry, including senior roles at Smales Farm, Auckland Airport and Bayleys.

Amy first joined TRC in 2015, and in her time she has worked across a number of roles and teams including Regeneration & Placemaking, Strategy, Development & Commercial, Development Engagement and Social Transformation. She has since taken on the role of GM Social Transformation to ensure regeneration outcomes are achieved through the delivery of socio-economic development and the Affordable Housing programme.

Juliet (Ngātiwai and Ngāpuhi) joined TRC in 2024 and brings with her a background of 30 years in the social service sector. For 15 years, she worked as the Director of Operations in Auckland and Te Tai Tokerau at Youth Horizons, and prior to this served as a Site Manager at Oranga Tamariki — Ministry for Children. Juliet has a heartfelt passion for working with people and is driven to ensure whānau can live well in whare that meet their needs.

Joanna joined TRC in 2013 as a strategic planner leading the development of the overarching Strategic Framework for Tāmaki. She has since taken on the role of GM Regeneration and Placemaking to ensure the regeneration outcomes are delivered through quality neighbourhood design and placemaking initiatives.
