Our work is focused on increasing the pace of housing delivery so we build housing that better meets the needs of the Tāmaki community, being an excellent tenancy and asset manager for social housing in Tāmaki, and leading key social and economic programmes that deliver better outcomes for whānau in the community.
Our priorities:
• 742 new homes in the next 4 – 5 years
• 250 Shared Home Ownership homes
• 66 Affordable Rentals
• 426 Public homes
Over 60% of all homes will be 3-bedrooms or larger. We know that building better housing will lead to greater health, education, employment, environmental and wellbeing outcomes for whānau.
