Location: Part of the Epping-Evandale Stage 1A development in Glen Innes, superlot 2.7 is located on the corner of Heatherbank Street and Taniwha Street, and superlot 2.8 is located on Line Road, near Eastview Reserve. Both superlots are within walking distance to the Glen Innes Town Centre, local reserves, including Maybury Reserve and Taniwha Reserve, and public transport links.

Land area: N2.7: 3,009m2; N2.8: 2,480m2

Type: A mix of terrace and free-standing homes

Total new homes: 34 public and shared home ownership homes (16 on N2.7 and 18 on N2.8)
