Location: Located on Concord Place, Glen Innes, this development fronts Taniwha Street and Elstree Avenue. It is in close proximity to Tāmaki College, the Glen Innes Pools and Recreation Centre, Point England Reserve, and the Tāmaki Shared Path.
Land area: 18,372 m2
Type: A mix of apartments and terrace homes
Total new homes: 84 public and shared homeownership homes
Status: Detailed Design. Civil works will shortly commence, where the land will be prepared for construction and the site will be connected to the city's water and sewage networks.
